1. Prohibited activities
When using our website, client portal, CRM or any CABO Dispatch service, you must not:
- Engage in fraudulent activity, including misrepresenting your identity, fleet, equipment or compliance status.
- Use the services for any illegal purpose or in breach of UK law or applicable regulations.
- Scrape, harvest or otherwise extract data from our systems without written permission.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems, or attempt to bypass security controls.
- Misuse another user's account, share login credentials or attempt unauthorised access.
- Upload viruses, malware or any code intended to interfere with our systems.
- Harass, abuse or threaten our staff, brokers, partners or other users.
2. Consequences of violations
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and services, removal of content, reporting to law enforcement and pursuit of any other legal remedies available to us. You may also be liable for any losses we suffer as a result.
